I was looking for something to read last summer so I scrolled through Amazon's recommendations. I came across the 1st Matt Drake book. I read the description and I liked what I read (and price was great) so I took a chance and bought the kindle version. It was a really quick and fun read so I bought the 2nd one. I liked that one even better so I bought the 3rd one. The action was even better in that one. I was now hooked on the series. Needless to say I bought the 4th and the 5th. Both books were non-stop action, I couldn't put them down. I won't go into any detail about the books except to say if you are looking for some quick/fun/action/adventure, check out the Matt Drake series. Hopefully you will enjoy it as much as I did.Happy Reading!

High adventure stories. The characters are larger than life. The tale is exciting and keeps one on the end of your seat. Still don't like Leadbeater using the word whilst when speaking for the American characters. Really? I'd also like to know what Matt looks like? Is he tall? Short? You have me hooked. Keep writing!
Haven't read it yet as I listen to books on Audible while I drive 2 hours a day. It is very disappointing to find a great series that only has 4 books available on Audible. I've purchased the series on but time is an issue.... please fix this.
This is hard core action just like his other books, so very graphic but a fun read. Just be willing to suspend your disbelief a lot because everyone has super hero abilities but I kind of like "kick ass" action so it doesn't bother me. I have read all his books and enjoy them.
No mythical treasures of the past here. They come later in the series. This is pure blood, guts, stealth and the thrill of a disparate team of incorrigible agents. Really nice character development and non-stop action.
The Matt Drake series is very entertaining and easy reading.

This is a series much like what we see on tv. It's a good light read. If you're looking for the meaning of like, flowery language, words that make you feel fine and want to coexist and think Kafkaesque thoughts, this isn't the book for you. It's a story. Nothing more or less. It's not designed to reveal the secrets of the universe. Busy it's a good read
